Booth information
The Australia Marketplace China is open plan. Each seller organisation will be provided with a table with up to four (4) chairs and a front image panel including company name.

Promotional material or signage is not permitted.

Display image and company logo
A stand-up banner with the image you have provided, the name of your organisation, both in Chinese and English, and your company logo will be placed behind your desk.

Organisations participating in AMC19 will have the opportunity to demonstrate to the buyers how to ‘experience’ their product/service by means of an image (one image per organisation). To enable the buyers to associate with your product, we suggest that the image you supply features your product in action. The image must not contain names of other markets/countries (e.g. New Zealand, Fiji, etc) where your product is available. Aviation companies should display their Australia network and should not promote their hubs or destinations beyond Australia.

Tourism Australia reserves the right to replace any unsuitable images (e.g. due to low resolution or the company logo overwhelming the image).

Supply a portrait .AI, .PDF or .JPG. The file should be suitable for a final output size of 85cm (W) x 200cm (H) and the resolution of 150 dpi. The image file should be forwarded to Breeanna Jeffers no later than Tuesday 3 September

Tourism Australia and/or the hotel in Chengdu will not have resources to assist in clearing customs or pay for taxes payable to Chinese authorities for brochures and/or promotional materials sent.
