Accommodation for AMC19 is not included in your registration cost.
In order to comply with the requirement of the China Public Security Bureau (PSB), Chinese hotels require a rooming list indicating the following details: full name of guest, date of birth, nationality, passport number, visa number and validity date, company name / position, and estimated time of arrival. By Chinese regulations, it is compulsory for hotels in China to submit hotel guest lists to PSB on a daily basis.
Flights
Flights are not included in the participation fee.
Transfers
Transfers are not included in the participation fee. Please visit the China National Tourist Office website for more information on transfer companies.
Visa requirements
Visitors entering China must have a valid visa or re-entry permit (for Hong Kong and Macau residents). We ask all seller delegates to ensure that they have the proper documentation and visa for entering the People's Republic of China.
To obtain a Chinese business visa, you need an invitation letter from a Chinese organisation. Please tick the related box on your online application if you require a visa letter. Personal details including full name (same as on passport), date of birth, nationality, and passport number will be required to facilitate the invitation letter. There are five Chinese offices in Australia for visa applications. Please specify which office you would prefer to have your letter addressed to: Sydney (for NSW residents); Melbourne (for VIC residents), Perth (for WA residents), Brisbane (for QLD residents) and Canberra (for residents of all other states), in your online application.
