*25% discount applicable on full participation fees to seller companies who are attending for the first time since 2009. Applicable to seller companies who attended for the first time in 2017 and 2018 as well.
Please note;
- Payment by credit card is required on acceptance of offer to attend. A tax invoice and receipt with the billing details will be sent after credit card payment has been made. All fees are charged in Australian Dollars (AUD).
- GST is not payable on overseas events hosted by Tourism Australia
- A maximum of three (3) delegates per company can attend
- Additional delegate must be purchased in conjunction with a primary delegate and directly employed by the exhibiting company
- Delegate substitution during the event will not be permitted
- Entry into Australia Marketplace India business sessions and social events will be permitted to registered delegates only
Primary delegate participation fees include:
- Attendance by one (1) delegate at the event
- Three (3) nights single accommodation with breakfast at Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty
- Check-in Thursday 8 August, 3pm and check-out Sunday 11 August, 12pm
- Early check-in and late check-out will be at the discretion of the hotel
- Inclusion in the workshop appointments
- Fascia board company identification on the booth
- One (1) high resolution image backdrop display (300 dpi & 5mb min size .TIFF preferred file format) (artwork to be provided by Friday 1 July)
- All meals as specified in the program
- Inclusion in the Directory of Australian Sellers distributed to buyers
- Company contact details of all buyer delegates participating in the workshops
- Attendance at the networking event to be held on Monday 12 August in Mumbai
Additional delegate participation fees include:
- Attendance by one (1) delegate at the event

Not included in participation fees:
- Air/Rail/Road travel to and from India and/or Kochi
- Transfers between airport/railway station and hotel/venue in Kochi
- Items of a personal nature (e.g. telephone bills, laundry, internet charges, mini-bar, in-room dining, paid channels/movie on request, etc)
- Meals not specified in the program
- Travel insurance is the responsibility of each attending delegate
- Shipment and delivery of brochures and display material
- Accommodation and other expenses related to extending your stay in India to attend the networking event on 12 August in Mumbai
