All seller participation fees include three (3) nights' accommodation on a single room basis, including breakfast at Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty.

Flights
Airfares (international and domestic within India) are not included in the participation fee and it is the responsibility of each seller to make their own flight arrangements for Australia Marketplace – India 2019.
Sellers planning to book their flights to Kochi should ensure they arrive to the venue by 11am on 8 August, and depart Kochi after morning tea from 10.45am on Sunday 11 August. Appointments will extend until the first half of the final day, 11 August.
Transfers
Transfers are not included in the participation fee. Please contact the hotel directly should you require airport to hotel transfers to be arranged.
Please note, taxis are readily available at the airport. The approximate journey time to the venue is one hour, depending on local traffic conditions.
Visa requirements
Business Visas are required for seller delegates entering India. Once you have received an offer of acceptance from Tourism Australia to attend Australia Marketplace India, upon request an invitation letter will be emailed to delegates which will allow application for your visa. The Indian High Commission has outsourced the visa application process to M/S VFS Services Australia. More information can be obtained on the Indian Visa website.
