- Famil program and inclusions per itinerary provided
- International and domestic flights as per the event program. Your must arrange your own travel and all associated costs to and from the gateway city at your own expense.
- Workshop including functions as per the event program
The following are at your own cost
- Personal expenses and incidentals
- Visas
- Travel insurance
- Any items or activities not specified in the program or itinerary
Payment
The participation fee for Corroboree West 2019 will be charged in Australian Dollars (AUD). This is payable at the time of offer acceptance and must be received in full by Tourism Australia by 11.59pm (AEST) on Friday 21 June.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing. Cancellation fees will apply from the time the offer to attend has been accepted. Cancellation fees apply regardless of whether the participation fee has been paid.
50% cancellation fee applies from 21 June to 9 August
100% cancellation fee applies from 10 August onwards
