Please note:
- Participation options are subject to availability. Should your preferred participation option not be available, we will contact you with alternatives once acceptances have closed.
- Only registered delegates will have access to the Australia stand facilities.
Inclusions for registered delegates
- Delegate/s as outlined for the duration of the event
- Individual company name listing on the stand
- Individual company logo identification (company plaque) on the stand
- Access to all stand facilities including hospitality area
- Daily morning and afternoon tea, and snack lunch
- Inclusion in the Directory of Australian Sellers
- Inclusion in the official ITB online and print catalogue
- Inclusion in PR activities organised by Tourism Australia up to and during ITB 2019
- Daily transfers to and from the respective hotel to the ITB venue (only on participation dates)
- Opportunity to participate in the Australia Training Workshop on Tuesday 5 March 2019 (excludes day pass holders). Sole booth stand partners are entitled to a sole workshop table, shared booth stand partners are entitled to a shared workshop table/appointment.
- Infrastructure services, e.g. Internet access and power point
- Cleaning of booth area
Exclusions
- German VAT where applicable
- International and domestic air tickets
- International freight costs to and from Berlin
- Breakfast and meals not specified in program
- Transfers (except where specified)
- Accommodation
- Departure taxes
- Items of a personal nature
- Travel and property insurance
- Pre-scheduled appointments
- Other incidental expenses

- The participation fees listed are exclusive of 19 percent German VAT.
- Invoices for participants with company seat or permanent business establishment in Germany are subject to 19 percent German VAT.
- Participants with a company seat outside Germany within the European Union may be invoiced without German VAT provided they do not have any business establishment in Germany receiving the services and if a valid non-German VAT ID No. is provided with their application. Otherwise, German VAT of 19 percent will be invoiced.
- Australia based participants and participants from other non-EU countries are exempt from German VAT provided they do not have any business establishment in Germany receiving the services and provided they are GST registered in Australia or have an equivalent VAT registration evidence in case of other non-EU countries. Participants must provide their valid ABN number (Australian participants) or equivalent evidence (other non EU participants) with their application.
Payment
Participation costs for ITB are payable in euros (EUR). Immediate payment by credit card will be required on acceptance of offer to attend. Participants are reminded that all costs for ITB and any other overdue accounts with Tourism Australia globally must be paid prior to a representative from that company being able to register at this event.
Insurance and liability
It is the responsibility of participants to arrange insurance including public and product liability, workers compensation and property insurance.
Tourism Australia does not:
- Accept responsibility or liability for any loss suffered by participants or visitors
- Provide or arrange for any insurance for, or on behalf, of participants or visitors
- Provide any indemnity for loss or injury suffered by participants or visitors
