Dates are subject to change. All cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation fees, as outlined in the key dates, apply regardless of whether participation invoice has been raised or payment made.

Payment
Australian GST (10%) is not applicable on overseas events conducted by Tourism Australia. Participation costs for WYSTC Roadshow 2018 are payable in Australian Dollars (AUD). Immediate payment by credit card will be required on registration for the event from Thursday 31 May to Friday 29 June. Participants are reminded that all costs for the WYSTC Roadshow 2018 and any other overdue accounts with Tourism Australia globally must be paid prior to a representative from that company being able to register at this event.Inclusions
Primary delegate
- Attendance by one (1) delegate at the event
- Appointment stream at the full day agent training workshop in Frankfurt
- Product featured to agents at the evening game show training nights at Manchester and London
- Morning and afternoon tea and lunch on the workshop day and food and drink at the evening training nights
Additional delegate
- Attendance by one (1) delegate at the event
- Shared appointments with primary delegate

Not included in participation fees
- Air/rail/road travel to and from Europe and/or in Germany/UK

Accommodation and Travel
Accommodation is not included in the seller participation fee, and must be arranged directly with the hotels. Accomodation options will be advised at a later stage.Flights and transfers are at the arrangement and cost of each participant.
