Australia Luxury Showcase 2025 will be held in Xi'an, China on Friday 14 November 2025. 

Complete the below form to start your application process to attend the event. 

A few instructions to note:

  • You must 'proceed to the next stage' at the end of this application form within three hours or your application will time out and information will not be saved.  
  • Use the 'Back' and 'Next' buttons at the bottom of each page to navigate the form. Do not use your browser navigation.  
  • Once the initial application form is filled out and you have proceeded to the next stage, your application will have an 'In Progress' status. If you wish to apply to apply to attend Australia Luxury Showcase China (ALSC25), the following selection criteria will also apply:

  • Proven luxury strategy for the market
  • Established engagement with luxury distributors in the relevant markets
  • Preferred partnership(s) with global luxury consortia partners relevant to the markets e.g. Virtuoso, Serandipians
  • Experiences offered align with Australia’s luxury experiential offering and TA’s key pillars
  • Level of demonstrated experience in handling HNW/UHNW travellers from the relevant markets

References may be required on request to confirm the level of luxury business conducted for relevant markets and experiences promoted.

  • Application name is limited to 30 characters. Your application name will be the name of your organisation (e.g. ABC Hotel) used to represent your organisation at the event which will be displayed on all applicable collateral (e.g. seller directories).
  • Company biography is limited to 50 words and should not include any website links or email addresses.
  • The organisation phone and email should be the generic contact details if available. We will ask for your personal phone and email address later in the application process.
