Privacy Collection Statement

Tourism Australia collects your personal information when you choose to complete the event application form and to provide your personal information to us with your consent. Tourism Australia and event partners will use the personal information you provide to us to facilitate attendance at the event.

If you do not agree to the collection of your personal information, we may not be able to process your application or send you all of the additional information and material you will need to take part in the event.

If you are located outside of Australia and you choose to provide your personal information to us, please note that this data will be transferred to Australia for processing and storage. Tourism Australia collects, stores, processes and protects your information in accordance with the Privacy Policy. COVID-19 Terms of Event Participation

We currently require all participants registering to attend to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. You will need to have either a digital proof of COVID-19 vaccination certificate available on your smart phone or a print-out (physical copy) of your proof of COVID-19 vaccination certificate, plus photo ID.

In registering for a TA in-person event, the delegate also agrees to the following: 

Adherence to the relevant government health and work safety advice in the location of where the event is held including state and city requirements
Adherence to social distancing and hygiene protocol
Abstaining from an event if closer to the event date the delegate develops or displays any symptoms that are similar to COVID-19 symptoms (fever, cough, sore throat and runny nose)
Rapid antigen testing with proof of results may be required for future TA events at the cost of the delegate attending. If this is required TA will notify you with enough notice prior to the event taking place.

A delegate should not attend the event if displaying symptoms of COVID-19 or if the delegate has visited a COVID-19 hotspot prior to the event taking place.
