Participation costs for ITB Berlin 2027 are payable in Euros (EUR) and may be subject to 19% German VAT. 

• Payments for participants with a company seat or permanent business establishment in Germany are subject to 19% German VAT.
• Participants with a company seat outside Germany but within the European Union may pay without German VAT provided they do not have any business establishment in Germany and if a valid non-German VAT ID number is provided with their application. 
• Australian participants and participants from other non-EU countries are exempt from German VAT provided they do not have any business establishment in Germany and provided they are registered for GST in Australia or have an equivalent VAT registration number (in case of other non-EU countries). Participants must provide their valid ABN number (Australian participants) or equivalent evidence (other non-EU participants) with their application.

Tourism Australia will run an agent workshop for non-ITO stand partners on Monday, 15 March 2027.

Your organisation is required to have current Public Liability Insurance to a minimum of AUD $10 million per occurrence to participate in a Tourism Australia Trade Event.

It is a requirement that you supply a copy of your organisation's public liability certificate with your registration.
