Participation options and fees

As a minimum requirement, Primary Delegate participation package must be selected.
All fees are per delegate, in Australian dollars and inclusive of Australian GST.
All dates are based on Australian Eastern Standard Time (UTC +10).

Primary Delegate Inclusions:
- 21 prescheduled appointments at ATE International Media Marketplace
- 1 trestle table with 4 chairs and table cloth
- Organisation profile inclusion in the Directory of Australian Exhibitors
- Press releases and multimedia content hosted in the ATE19 TravMedia Newsroom
- Access to media biographies and contact information
- Power point
- One attendance at the ATE Media Program Welcome Event hosted by Tourism Australia and Tourism Western Australia
- One attendance at the IMM Networking drinks
- Delegate bag
Additional Delegate inclusions:
- One attendance at ATE International Media Marketplace, joining the Primary Delegate’s appointment schedule
- One attendance at the ATE Media Program Welcome Event hosted by Tourism Australia and Tourism Western Australia
- One attendance at the IMM Networking drinks
- Delegate bag
Invoices
- One invoice per company will be issued after payment is made and will include the participation fees for all delegates attending on your application.
- Immediate payment by credit card will be required on acceptance. A tax invoice and receipt will be issued once payment is received.
Cancellation
- By agreeing to the event terms and conditions you are accepting the Tourism Australia cancellation policy. Cancellation fees apply regardless of whether participation invoice has been raised or payment made.
- Should you need to cancel your participation at ATE19 Media Program, please inform us in writing immediately.
