Participation costs are payable in Australian Dollars (AUD) and Tourism Australia is required to apply the UK VAT of 20% on top of the registration fee. 

Your company may be able eligible to claim back the UK VAT depending on its status as claimant.  Please refer to the UK tax authority, HM Revenue & Customs, for more information.

Immediate payment by credit card will be required on acceptance of offer to attend, from Monday 24 June to Friday 5 July.

Primary delegate participation fee includes:

• Attendance by one (1) delegate at the event
• Inclusion in the workshop appointments 
• All meals as specified in the program 
• Inclusion in the Directory of Australian Sellers distributed to buyers at the event
• Access to the Directory of Buyers attending the event 
• Attendance at the dinner and awards night

Additional delegate participation fee includes:

• Attendance by one (1) delegate at the event, excluding the Gala Dinner
• Shared appointment schedule with primary delegate 
• All meals as specified in the program 

Items not included in the participation fee:

• Airfares
• Transfers (except where specified in the program)
• Accommodation (arrangements are the responsibility of each delegate)
• Meals and hospitality not specified in the program
• Items of a personal nature (e.g. telephone bills, laundry etc) 
• Travel insurance is the responsibility of each attending delegate 
• Freight costs of any company collateral, display materials etc
