Participation options

- Change of delegate after Friday 16 August is subject to Tourism Australia's approval
- Delegate substitution during the event will not be permitted
- Cancellations after Friday 16 August will incur a fee of $130 AUD
Primary buyer delegate participation fee includes:
- Attendance by one (1) delegate at the event
- Two (2) nights single accommodation with breakfast at Holiday Inn London-Camden Lock (check in Tuesday 29 October from 2pm and check out Thursday 31 October by 10am)
- Inclusion in the workshop appointments
- All meals as specified in the program
- Inclusion in the Directory of Buyers distributed to sellers at the event
- Access to the Directory of Australian Sellers attending the event
- Attendance at the dinner and awards night
Items not included in the participation fee:
- Airfares
- Transfers (except where specified in the program)
- Meals and hospitality not specified in the program
- Items of a personal nature (e.g. telephone bills, laundry etc)
- Travel insurance is the responsibility of each attending delegate
