Instructions for completing your application:
- Please allow approximately 20 minutes to complete the initial Primary Delegate Application form – you will need your organisation’s public liability details (sellers only), company biography and profile, and delegate contact details.
- When you start a new application you will be directed to our secure login site where you will be required to sign in using your email address and password. If you have not used this system before, 'sign up now' using your email address, verify your email and create a new password. This password can then be used for all subsequent Tourism Australia applications.
- After you have completed the Primary Delegate Application form, you will then be able to add additional delegates.
- Once you start an application you must complete and 'submit' the Primary Delegate Application Form within 3 hours or your information will be lost and you will need to begin again.
- Use the ‘Back’ and ‘Next' buttons at the bottom of each page to navigate the form. If you use the back arrows on your browser window, you will exit out of the application and will need to begin again.
- Please refer to our FAQ and User guides if you require assistance in navigating our new system.
- After you have completed the Primary Delegate Application form, you will then be able to add additional delegates.
