Participation Options and Fees

Please note

  • GST is not payable on overseas events hosted by Tourism Australia
  • A maximum of two (2) delegates per company can attend
  • Additional delegate must be purchased in conjunction with a primary delegate and directly employed by the exhibiting company
  • Delegate substitution during the event will not be permitted
  • Entry into Australia Marketplace South East Asia 2019 business sessions and networking events will be permitted to registered delegates only

Primary delegate participation fees include

  • Attendance by one (1) delegate for the whole duration of the event
  • Four (4) nights single accommodation with breakfast at hotel’s cafe
  • Check-in Sunday, 29 September, 3pm and check-out Thursday 03 October 2019 12pm
    Early check-in and late check-out will be at the discretion of the hotel
  • Inclusion in the workshop appointments
  • Fascia board company identification on the booth
  • One (1) high resolution image backdrop display (300 dpi & 5mb min size) (artwork to be provided by 12 August, 2019)
  • All meals as specified in the program
  • Inclusion in the Directory of Australian sellers distributed to buyers
  • Company contact details of all buyer delegates participating in the workshops
  • All administration and coordination services provided by Tourism Australia
  • Attendance at the Evening Networking Events

Additional delegate participation fees include

  • Attendance by one (1) delegate for the whole duration of the event

Not included in participation fees

  • Air travel to and from Malaysia and/or Kuala Lumpur
  • Transfers between airport and hotel/venue in Kuala Lumpur
  • Items of a personal nature (e.g. telephone bills, laundry, internet charges, mini-bar, in-room dining, paid channels/movie on request, etc)
  • Meals not specified in the program
  • Travel insurance is the responsibility of each attending delegate
  • Shipment and delivery of brochures and display material
  • Accommodation and other expenses related to extending your stay (prior or post event date) in Malaysia or any of the South East Asia markets.

How to apply

  • Applications must be completed and submitted online by the application closing date, Thursday 13 June. Completed applications will be assessed against the seller selection criteria in accordance with the event policy.
  • Applicants will be advised via email whether their application has been successful on Thursday 27 June. Successful applicants will be required to accept their offer of attendance by Thursday 11 July.

Payment

Australian GST (10%) is not applicable on overseas events conducted by Tourism Australia. Participation costs for Australia Marketplace South East Asia 2019 are payable in Australian Dollars (AUD). Immediate payment by credit card will be required on acceptance of offer to attend, from Thursday 27 June to Thursday 11 July. Participants are reminded that all costs for Australia Marketplace South East Asia and any other overdue accounts with Tourism Australia globally must be paid prior to a representative from that company being able to register at this event.
