Back panel image

Each seller organisation has the opportunity to have their chosen image displayed on a panel behind their desk.

Supply a landscape .TIFF or .BMP file in CMYK. The file should be suitable for a final output size of 2.4m (L) x 2.1m (H) and the resolution of 300 dpi. Sellers intending to include their company logo must supply it as a finished product incorporated within their chosen display image. The image file should be forwarded to Alisa Shtabskaia no later than 12 August 2019.

The image must not contain names of other markets/countries (e.g. New Zealand, Fiji, etc) where your product is available. Aviation companies should display their Australia network and should not promote their hubs or destinations beyond Australia.

Tourism Australia reserves the right to replace any unsuitable images (e.g. due to low resolution or the company logo overwhelming the image).

Brochure requirements

In line with Tourism Australia's commitment to evolving our events to be paperless, we encourage all sellers to minimise printed collateral and wherever possible provide this information digitally and refer buyers to their company's website. If printed collateral is absolutely necessary, we recommend 80 sets of brochures will be sufficient.

  • Name of policy provider
  • Policy number

  • Policy territorial limits
Participants are reminded that it is their responsibility to arrange insurance including public & product liability, workers compensation and property insurance. All participants are reminded that Tourism Australia DOES NOT:
