Accommodation
All seller participation fees include four (4) nights' accommodation on a single room basis, including breakfast at hotel’s café.Check-in: 3pm Sunday, 29 September
Check-out: 12pm Thursday, 03 October
Early check-in and late check-out will be at the discretion of the hotel
In room WIFI is included. Please note that changes to these accommodation dates cannot be made by Tourism Australia. Extension of stay at is available at the special rate to be advised. Rates are subject to availability. Please contact the hotel directly for such arrangements once the venue is announced.
Visa requirements
Entry visas are not required for Australian passport holders or Commonwealth countries. Please ensure you have the following:- a clean page in your passport
- six months’ validity left on your passport (from date of entry)
- a copy of your outbound flights.
Flights
Airfares are not included in the participation fee and it is the responsibility of each accepted seller to make their own flight arrangements after receiving an offer of acceptance.Transfers
Transfers are not included in the participation fee. Please contact the hotel directly should you require airport to hotel transfers to be arranged.Please note, taxis are readily available at the airport. Kuala Lumpur international Airport is located approximately 60km from the hotel. The approximate journey time to the venue is 50 minutes, depending on local traffic conditions.

- Operation hour from 0500hours – 0100hours daily.
- Applicable for journey to KLIA from Hotel as well.
- The above rates are applicable for KLIA 2 (LCC Terminal).

KLIA Ekspres
- Take the KLIA Ekspres train (basic non-stop express) from the airport to KL Sentral Station.
- Only 28 minutes non-stop from KLIA (33 minutes from KLIA2).
- At KL Sentral, you can get easy connection via taxi (from the KL Sentral Taxi Booking Counter) to your hotel.
- Seat reservation is not required.
- Ticket purchase can be at the airport KLIA Ekspres Counter or online.
