Please note:  

• A maximum of two (2) delegates per company can attend
• Change of delegate after 26 June is subject to Tourism Australia's approval
• Delegate substitution during the event will not be permitted
• Entry into Australia Marketplace South East Asia business sessions and social functions will be permitted to registered delegates only

Primary delegate participation fees include

• Attendance by one (1) delegate for the whole duration of the event
• Return air travel between the city of residence and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
• Three (3) nights single accommodation with breakfast at the hotel’s cafe
• Check-in Monday 30 September, 3pm and check-out Thursday 3 October 12pm
  Early check-in and late check-out will be at the discretion of the hotel
• Inclusion in the workshop appointments
• All meals as specified in the program
• Inclusion in the Directory of Buyers distributed to Australian sellers
• Company contact details of all Australian products participating in the workshops
• All administration and coordination services provided by Tourism Australia
• Attendance at the evening networking events

• Travel insurance, this is the responsibility of each attending delegate
• Any items not mentioned in the inclusions
• Accommodation and other expenses related to extending your stay (prior or post event date) in Malaysia or any of the South East Asia markets.

Payment 

Australian GST (10%) is not applicable on overseas events conducted by Tourism Australia. Participation costs for Australia Marketplace South East Asia 2019 are payable in Australian Dollars (AUD). Immediate payment by credit card will be required on acceptance of offer to attend, from 15 July 2019 and payment will be required no later than 26 July 2019.  Participants are reminded that all costs for Australia Marketplace South East Asia and any other overdue accounts with Tourism Australia globally must be paid prior to a representative from that company being able to register at this event. 

How to apply

• Applications must be completed and submitted online by the application closing date, Thursday 27 June.
• Completed applications will be assessed against the buyer selection criteria in accordance with the Event policy. 
• Applicants will be advised via email whether their application has been successful on Monday 15 July. Successful applicants will be required to accept their offer of attendance by Friday 26 July.
