Exhibition information

Booth information
The Australia Premium Showcase China is open plan. Each seller organisation will be provided with a table with up to four (4) chairs and a front image panel including company name.
Promotional material or signage is not permitted.

Company logo
A stand-up banner with the company logo and name, both in Chinese and English, will be placed behind your desk. The company logo should be provided as an .AI, .PDF or .JPG file with a minimum resolution of 150 dpi. The image file should be forwarded to Breeanna Jeffers no later than Tuesday 3 September 2019

Company logo specifications
Format of image AI, PDF or JPG format is preferred (minimum file size 1MB)

Power 
Access to a power point will be provided at no additional charge to all companies attending APSC19.

Internet
Internet access at the event is included for all sellers and is complimentary.   

Interpreter
If seller companies would like to organise an interpreter for their appointments with buyers, they will need to register them as an additional delegate on their application.

Freight
In order to avoid brochures or promotional material being misplaced, please do not send them too early. They should arrive within one week of the event i.e. between 4 November and 10 November 2019.

Tourism Australia and/or the hotel in Chengdu will not have resources to assist in clearing customs or pay for taxes payable to Chinese authorities for brochures and/or promotional materials sent. Sellers must ensure proper communication with courier companies with regards to: a) door-to-door delivery, and b) responsibility for payment including Chinese taxes and any other charges incurred.

Please do not send videos, CDs, DVDs and/or USBs by courier. They can be held at customs for a very long time. Please be advised that when you bring them with you, there is also a good chance that each one of them will be checked due to occasional concern about the content. 

Public liability insurance
A company applying to exhibit at a Tourism Australia Trade Event must have public liability insurance to a minimum of $10,000,000 per occurrence. Evidence of the following information must be provided within the company's online application to Tourism Australia:

  • Name of policy provider
  • Policy number
  • Policy expiry date
  • Policy territorial limits

Participants are reminded that it is their responsibility to arrange insurance including public & product liability, workers’ compensation and property insurance. All participants are reminded that Tourism Australia DOES NOT:

  • Accept responsibility or liability for any loss suffered by participants or visitors
  • Provide or arrange for any insurance for, or on behalf, of participants or visitors
  • Provide any indemnity for loss or injury suffered by participants or visitors
