Participation Options

Please note

• Spaces are limited and applications will be accepted on a first come, first served basis
• All delegates attending and participating at the Event must be an employee of the exhibiting seller company. A maximum of two (2) delegates (one primary and one additional) can be represented per exhibiting seller application 

The participation fee includes:

• All business sessions with qualified agent buyers
• All business sessions with corporate buyers
• All evening networking opportunities 
• All meals as per the program

The participation fee does not include:

• Travel and transfers (including air, accommodation and ground costs). 
• Meals (unless specified in program)
• Translation services for the duration of the event
• Items of a personal nature, incidentals (e.g. telephone bills, laundry, mini bar, etc.)
• Travel insurance – responsibility of each attending delegate
• Freight of product and collateral

Payment

Australian GST (10%) is not applicable on overseas events conducted by Tourism Australia. Participation costs for BEA Greater China Showcase 2019 are payable in Australian Dollars (AUD). Immediate payment by credit card will be required on acceptance of offer to attend, from Thursday 27 June to Thursday 4 July. Participants are reminded that all costs for BEA Greater China Showcase 2019 and any other overdue accounts with Tourism Australia globally must be paid prior to a representative from that company being able to register at this event.

Translators

Sellers have an opportunity to request for a translator for this event at a cost of CNY1,500 (approximately AUD300) per person per day. Please indicate on the application form if you require a translator. Further information on how to book will be available at a later stage.
