• A maximum of two (2) delegates per company can attend 
• Additional delegate must be purchased in conjunction with a primary delegate and directly employed by the exhibiting company

Primary delegate participation fees include

• Items of a personal nature (e.g. telephone bills, laundry, internet charges, mini-bar, in-room dining, paid channels/movie on request, etc) 
• Meals not specified in the program 
• Travel insurance is the responsibility of each attending delegate 
• Shipment and delivery of brochures and display material 
• Accommodation and other expenses related to extending your stay in India to attend the Networking Function on Friday 24 August in Mumbai

How to apply

• Applications must be completed and submitted online by the application closing date, Thursday 31 May.
• Completed applications will be assessed against the seller selection criteria in accordance with the event policy.
• Applicants will be advised via email whether their application has been successful on Wednesday 6 June. Successful applicants will be required to accept their offer of attendance by Wednesday 13 June.

Payment

Australian GST (10%) is not applicable on overseas events conducted by Tourism Australia. Participation costs for ITM are payable in Australian Dollars (AUD). Immediate payment by credit card will be required on acceptance of offer to attend, from Wednesday 6 June to Wednesday 13 June. Participants are reminded that all costs for ITM and any other overdue accounts with Tourism Australia globally must be paid prior to a representative from that company being able to register at this event.
