Accommodation

All seller participation fees include three (3) nights' accommodation on a single room basis, including breakfast at The JW Marriott Jaipur Resort & Spa.

Check-out: 10.00am Thursday 23 August

Early check-in and late check-out will be at the discretion of the hotel

Extension of stay at The JW Marriott Jaipur is available at the special rate of INR 11,300 on single occupancy and INR 13,000 on double occupancy for up to one night prior to the group check-in dates. Rates are inclusive of breakfast, lunch, dinner and all taxes and are subject to availability. Please contact the hotel directly for such arrangements:

Visa requirements

Business Visas are required for ITM seller delegates entering India. Once you have received an offer of acceptance from Tourism Australia to attend ITM, upon request an invitation letter will be emailed to delegates which will allow application for your visa. The Indian High Commission has outsourced the visa application process to M/S VFS Services Australia. More information can be obtained at the website of the Indian High Commission.

eVisa is also available and is preferred. Advised cost of the business visa is US$50. More information is available from https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/visa/index.html

Flights

Airfares are not included in the participation fee and it is the responsibility of each seller to make their own flight arrangements for ITM18.

Transfers

Transfers are not included in the participation fee. Please contact the hotel directly should you require airport to hotel transfers to be arranged.
Taxis, Uber and Ola are easily available at the airport. The approximate journey time to the venue is one hour, depending on local traffic conditions.
