Please note:
- Participation costs are payable in Australian Dollars (AUD).
- Immediate payment by credit card will be required on acceptance of offer to attend.
- A maximum of two (2) delegates per company can attend.
- Additional delegate must be purchased in conjunction with a primary delegate and directly employed by the exhibiting company.
- Delegate substitution during the event will not be permitted.
- Entry into Australia Marketplace India social functions will be permitted to registered delegates only.
- For inbound tour operators (ITOs), the following considerations apply – please note, preference will be given to products and experiences over ITOs in the event of an oversubscription and ITO participation will be capped:
- Current membership of the Inbound Australian Tourism Export Council (ATEC) is preferable;
- Active participation in minimum of five (5) countries within the region;
- Minimum five (5) years in business required;
- Ability to provide marketing examples showing proof of ITO being active in market;
- Ability to provide examples of custom itineraries;
- Outline a clear and relevant objective for attending.
Primary delegate participation fee includes:
- Attendance by one (1) delegate at the event
- Three (3) nights single accommodation with breakfast
- Check-in Sunday 23 July (1500 hrs) and check-out Wednesday 26 July after breakfast
- Early check-in and late check-out will be at the discretion of the hotel
- Inclusion in the 1:1 appointments and evening networking event
- All meals as specified in the official program
- Inclusion in the Directory of Australian Sellers distributed to Buyers.
- Access to the Directory of Buyers attending the event
- All administration and co-ordination services provided by Tourism Australia
- Attendance to Mumbai VIP Networking Event
Additional delegate participation fee includes:
- Attendance by one (1) delegate at the event
- Three (3) nights single accommodation with breakfast
- Check-in Sunday 23 July (1500 hrs) and check-out Wednesday 26 July after breakfast
- Early check-in and late check-out will be at the discretion of the hotel
- Shared appointment schedule with primary delegate
- All meals as specified in the official program
- All administration and co-ordination services provided by Tourism Australia
- Attendance to Mumbai VIP Networking Event
Items not included in the participation fee:
- Airfares
- Transfers (except where specified in the program)
- Items of a personal nature (e.g. telephone bills, laundry, internet charges, mini bar, in-room dining, paid channels/movie on request, meals and beverages not specified in the program etc)
- Meal not specified in the official program
- Travel insurance is the responsibility of each attending delegate
- Shipment and delivery of brochures and display material
- accommodation, airfares, and other expenses related to your stay in India, if you were to extend your stay outside of the AMI23 program
- All travel expenses and accommodation for the Mumbai VIP Networking Event
