All Seller participation fees include three (3) nights' accommodation on a single room basis, including breakfast

Visa requirements

Australian sellers will require a visa to travel to India. Australian passports are eligible to apply for an e-Business Visa via the Government of India website. 

The Smartraveller advice for travel to India remains as Exercise a high degree of caution in India. Check India entry, registration, transit and exit requirements. Ensure you understand all relevant terms and conditions before attempting to enter India. 

Tourism Australia recommends that you follow the relevant guidance of the Bureau of Immigration.

Flights

Airfares are not included in the participation fee and it is the responsibility of each seller to make their own flight arrangements for Australia Marketplace India 2025.

Transfers

Airport transfers are not included in the participation fee. Please contact the hotel directly should you require airport to hotel transfers to be arranged. 

Please note, taxis are readily available at the airport. The approximate journey time to the venue is 1 hour, depending on local traffic conditions.
