When and where is Australia Marketplace Korea 2024?
Australia Marketplace Korea 2024 will be held at The Westin Josun in Seoul Korea from Thursday 29 to Friday 30 August 2024.
The event will be held based on demand, if numbers fall below the anticipated targets Tourism Australia will assess the viability of proceeding.
When and where is Australia Marketplace Japan 2024?
The event will be held based on demand, if numbers fall below the anticipated targets Tourism Australia will assess the viability of proceeding.
Sellers can opt to attend one or both events in Japan and South Korea. There is a discounted participation fee to attend both events.

Are there special accommodation rates offered to attendees of Australia Marketplace Korea?
Tourism Australia has secured discounted accommodation for sellers at The Westin Josun, Seoul. To secure your accommodation, make your booking through the hotel microsite by Friday 10 July.
Who will I meet with?
Sellers will be meeting with key qualified travel agencies, wholesalers and tour operators from Korea. Buyers will be meeting with sellers from the Australian Tourism Industry.
How many appointments will I receive?
This will depend on the final number of buyers and sellers confirmed to attend the event. This will be communicated to you prior to offer acceptance. At this stage a full schedule will be approximately 43 appointments.
Can I register an additional delegate?
How long will each appointment go for?
Each appointment will go for 10 minutes, with one minute change over time between appointments. This is subject to change depending on final numbers.
Do I need to arrange an interpreter?
Will I get a list of all attendees and can I contact them outside of the event?
When will I know if my application has been accepted?
Will I require a visa for entry to South Korea?
Australian passport holders can visit South Korea as tourists for stays of up to 90 days without applying for a K-ETA (or visa waiver).
