Sellers may bring an additional delegate to accompany them at the event. This is restricted to one (1) additional delegate per seller organisation. 

Participation costs are payable in US Dollars (USD) and are exempt from tax.

Immediate payment by credit card will be required on acceptance of your offer to attend.

Seller attendance (primary delegate) includes:

  • Attendance by one (1) primary delegate at the event
  • Inclusion in the 1:1 appointments and evening networking event
  • All meals as specified in the program 
  • Inclusion in the Directory of Sellers distributed to buyers at the event
  • Access to the Directory of Buyers attending the event 

Additional delegate attendance includes:

  • Attendance by one (1) additional delegate at the event (must be from the same organisation as the primary delegate)
  • Shared appointment schedule with primary delegate
  • All meals as specified in the program 

Items not included in the participation:

  • Accommodation
  • Airfares
  • Transfers (except where specified in the program)
  • Meals and hospitality not specified in the program
  • Items of a personal nature (e.g. telephone bills, laundry, etc)
  • Travel insurance is the responsibility of each attending delegate
  • Freight costs of any company collateral, display materials, etc

Accommodation:

  • A discounted accommodation rate has been secured at the Torrance Marriott Redondo Beach for sellers (subject to availability). A discount code will be provided upon acceptance of your offer for bookings to be made directly with the hotel.

Exhibiting information:

The following will be provided per company for the workshop appointments:

  • 1 x meeting space and chairs 
  • 1 x tabletop sign stating booth number and organisation name
Please note that the tables will not have dedicated power and charging points in the venue will be limited. We encourage you to bring your devices fully charged at the beginning of each day and have a power bank available.

Storage at the venue is also limited.

Promotional materials and sustainability initiatives:

In an effort to reduce our environmental impact, we encourage all delegates to bring their own reusable coffee cups and water bottles to limit the use of disposable materials.

We also ask that any merchandise and printed collateral is thoughtfully considered and limited wherever possible. Buyers are not expected to keep any brochures or collateral, and we recommend using digital options to distribute this information. Your company profile information will be available to buyers in the Directory of Sellers before and during the event.

Pull-up banners, branding or marketing collateral to brand and theme your booth are not permitted.

Laptops/tablets are encouraged for your selling purposes, however, please charge any equipment before the workshops each day.
