Accommodation and travel arrangements

All Seller participation fees include three (3) nights' accommodation on a single room basis, including breakfast.

Visa requirements

Visa's are not required for a stay of up to 90 days. However, travellers from Australia must:

  • Hold a passport valid at least six months beyond the period of intended stay, with one blank visa page
  • Hold proof of sufficient funds
  • Hold proof of confirmed onward/return airline tickets
  • Hold documents showing proof of purpose of trip
  • Hold all documents required for the next destination
  • Hold a visa for the next country, where applicable
  • Confirm with their airline that boarding will be permitted without a visa as these conditions are subject to change

Flights
Airfares (international) are not included in the participation fee and it is the responsibility of each seller to make their own flight arrangements for Australia Marketplace South East Asia 2023.

The special discount codes with Singapore Airlines have now expired for Australia based sellers attending Australia Marketplace South East Asia. 

Transfers
Airport transfers are not included in the participation fee. Please contact the hotel directly should you require airport to hotel transfers to be arranged. 

Please note, taxis are readily available at the airport. The approximate journey time to the venue is 20min, depending on local traffic conditions.
