Participation costs are payable in Australian Dollars (AUD). Companies that are registered outside of the UK are exempt from UK VAT, companies that are registered in the UK will be required to pay the UK VAT. 

Immediate payment by credit card will be required on acceptance of offer to attend.

Primary delegate participation fee includes:

  • Attendance by one (1) delegate at the event
  • Inclusion in the 1:1 appointments and evening networking event
  • All meals as specified in the program 
  • Inclusion in the Directory of Australian Sellers distributed to buyers at the event
  • Access to the Directory of Buyers attending the event 

Additional delegate participation fee includes:

  • Attendance by one (1) delegate at the event
  • Shared appointment schedule with primary delegate including attendance at the evening networking event
  • All meals as specified in the program 

Items not included in the participation fee:

  • Accommodation
  • Airfares
  • Transfers (except where specified in the program)
  • Meals and hospitality not specified in the program
  • Items of a personal nature (e.g. telephone bills, laundry etc)
  • Travel insurance is the responsibility of each attending delegate

Exhibiting information:

The following will be provided per company for the workshop appointments:

  • 1 x meeting space and chairs (meeting space will be mix of tables, lounges or high tables)
  • 1 x tabletop sign stating booth number and organisation name

Please note that the tables will not have dedicated power and charging points in the venue will be limited. We encourage you to charge your devices in full each day and bring a power bank.

Storage at the venue is also limited.

Promotional materials and sustainability initiatives

In an effort to reduce our environmental impact, sellers will not receive the merchandise bags at the event. We encourage all delegates to bring their own reusable coffee cups and water bottles to limit the use of disposable materials.

We also ask that any merchandise and printed collateral is thoughtfully considered and limited wherever possible. Buyers are not expected to keep any brochures or collateral and we recommend using digital options to distribute this information. Your company profile information will be available to buyers in the Directory of Australian Sellers before and during the event.

Pull-up banners, branding or marketing collateral to brand and theme your booth are not permitted.

Laptops/iPads are encouraged for your selling purposes, however please charge any equipment before the workshops each day.
