Seller participation options

All completed applications will be assessed against the seller selection criteria. These criteria, along with the conditions of participation, govern participation at the event. 

Applicants will be advised the status of their application in line with key dates.

Sole booth: includes one primary delegate

FEE (AUD inc. GST)

Inclusions:

  • One sole booth space - maximum of one sole or share booth per seller company 
  • One primary delegate per company 
  • Ten-minute appointments with agents 
  • Attendance at the welcome and farewell events as indicated in the program 
  • Inclusion in the Directory of Australian Sellers distributed to agents at the event
  • Electronic copy of the Directory of Agents attending the event 
  • All morning, afternoon teas and lunches as indicated in the program

The primary delegate is responsible for the G'day Australia application, appointment schedule and ensuring that all deadlines are met. They must attend the entire G'day Australia program.

Share Booth: includes one primary delegate
Inclusions:
  • One booth space for shared use by two seller companies - maximum of one sole or share booth per seller company 
  • One primary delegate per company 
  • Five-minute appointments with agents Attendance at the welcome and farewell events as indicated in the program 
  • Inclusion in the Directory of Australian Sellers distributed to agents at the event 
  • Electronic copy of the Directory of Agents attending the event 
  • All morning, afternoon teas and lunches as indicated in the program 

Please note: Sellers applying for a share booth will have the opportunity to identify a preferred share partner at the time of application. This request will be taken into consideration however is not guaranteed. If you do not have a preferred partner, the relevant STO will endeavor to find a suitable share partner.

Additional delegate

Inclusions:
  • Additional delegate: maximum of one additional delegate per company for sole booth and no additional delegates for share booth 
  • Attendance at the training workshop 
  • Attendance at the welcome and farewell events as indicated in the program 
  • All morning, afternoon teas and lunches as indicated in the program 

Additional delegates are not listed in the Directory of Sellers.

Items not included in the participation fees for delegates:

  • Participation costs are payable in Australian Dollars (AUD). 
  •  Immediate payment by credit card will be required on offer acceptance to attend. 
  • Additional delegates must be purchased in conjunction with a sole booth and must be directly employed by the exhibiting company. 
Sole and share booth participation fees include one primary delegate and are limited to one booth space per organisation. Please ensure you read the full list of inclusions and exclusions above for each participation option.

Exclusions
Items not included in the participation fees for delegates:

  • Airfares
  • Transfers (except where specified in the program)
  • Accommodation
  • Meals and hospitality (except where specified in the program)
  • Items of a personal nature (e.g. telephone bills, laundry, etc.)
  • Travel insurance
  • Exhibitor extras (e.g. back panel graphics, furniture upgrades or power points)
