Please note:
- Participation fees are payable in Australian dollars (AUD) and are GST exempt
- All participants based on the Australia stand must be fully registered delegates
- Share booth is only permitted to one (1) delegate
- Spaces are available on a first come, first served basis. Tourism Australia will do all possible to accept all registrations to attend, however the stand can accommodate limited booths
- Business Events Australia will adhere to all local, government and IBTM COVID-19 safety requirements on the stand, please note this may impact the number of delegates on the stand.

- Access to one drinks reception on the stand (if applicable)
- Lunch each day provided by Tourism Australia (registered delegates only)

- International and domestic air tickets
- COVID-19 requirements for entry to and from Spain/home country and any testing requirements
- Transfers
