ATE27 Buyer Application Process - FAQ

Thank you for your interest in attending ATE27. Please find answers to some frequently asked questions below.

If you do not see an answer to your question below, please contact us.

Why has the ATE27 application process changed?
We’ve simplified our application process to ensure improved security and system reliability after some challenges experienced last year.

How has the application process changed for ATE27?

  • Applications are no longer submitted via the Events Portal

  • Every primary delegate must apply using a unique, accessible email address

  • If you attended ATE26 as a Primary Buyer and use the same primary email address to login, parts of your application will be pre-filled to save you time

  • Once submitted, you won't need to log in to check application status instead you will receive an email confirming your status

How do I apply for a buyer primary delegate?

1. Click the 'apply here' link provided in your invitation email.

2. Enter your email address when prompted. Note that you must have access to this email address to receive a verification code.

3. Check your inbox for a verification code:

4. Enter the verification code into the text box and select 'verify and continue'. Please note this code will expire after 10 minutes:

5. If you receive an error message, it means that there is a duplicate profile with your email address linked and you will need to contact ATE buyers to update this.

6. You will then proceed to start the buyer primary application form:

Why can't I login?
Check that you have entered a unique email address and that you've received your verification code.
If you do not receive the verification email, check your graymail or spam folder, input the code, and then press verify. If you receive an error message, please contact the ATE buyer team.

Why do I need a unique email address?
With the new sign in verification process only one contact can be linked to a primary email address. Therefore, once an application has been submitted, if the same email address is used to apply again it will resurface the application details already submitted and it will be locked. To submit multiple primary delegate applications, please ensure you use a unique email address for each application.

What if I am using a generic company email address?
If you are using a generic company email address it can only be linked to one delegate's application. It is no longer possible for multiple applications to be made with the same email address.

What if I need to complete an application for someone else?
You will need access to their email address in order to receive the verification code. Alternatively ask them to send you their verification code within 10 minutes of it being sent. Once the verification has been entered you will be able to complete the application form, using their email address.

How do I change the primary delegate details?
If you need to change the details of the primary delegate application, please contact the ATE buyer team.

Why are some of my application questions pre-filled?
If you attended ATE26 as a primary buyer delegate and have used the same primary email address to sign in, some of your answers have been carried over and pre-filled to allow for a quicker and smoother application process.

Do you have any tips for writing an organisations biography?
Biographies should not contain contact details and/or websites as this appears in the directories at the top of the page. All biographies should be written in the third person. More guidance on writing your bio
