Sellers may also bring an additional delegate to accompany them at the event. This is restricted to one per seller organisation.

Participation costs are payable in US Dollars (USD) and are exempt from tax.
Immediate payment by credit card will be required on acceptance of offer to attend.
Marketplace only seller attendance includes:
- Attendance by one (1) primary delegate at the event
- All meals as specified in the program
- Inclusion in the Directory of Australian Sellers distributed to buyers at the event
- Access to the Directory of Buyers attending the event
Options are provided including and excluding accommodation for this participation type. If you select excluding accommodation no room will be provided. If you select including accommodation three nights’ accommodation (arriving Sunday 7 August and departing Wednesday 10 August) will be arranged. Additional nights pre and post will be available at your own expense.
Additional delegate attendance includes:
- Attendance by one (1) additional delegate at the event (based on the same attendance type as the primary delegate)
- Shared appointment schedule with primary delegate
- All meals as specified in the program
Options are provided including and excluding accommodation for this participation type. Please refer to the check in and check out dates as specified in the primary delegate inclusions which will apply for your additional delegate if the participation type including accommodation is selected.
Items not included in the participation fee:
- Airfares
- Transfers (except where specified in the program)
- Accommodation outside of what is listed in the inclusions
- Meals and hospitality not specified in the program
- Items of a personal nature (e.g. telephone bills, laundry etc)
- Travel insurance is the responsibility of each attending delegate
- Freight costs of any company collateral, display materials etc
