HOW MANY DELEGATES FROM MY ORGANISATION CAN ATTEND AUSTRALIA NEXT 2024?

The Australian Industry Seller participation package provides entry for one primary delegate per organisation. The Convention Bureau participation package provides entry for two delegates (one primary delegate to meet with agents and one delegate to meet with media).

The fee for an additional delegate pass is AUD$1,400 for Monday and Tuesday (Business Session, Welcome Event and Australia Next Dinner) and AUD$990 for Monday only (Business Session and Welcome Event). HOW MANY APPOINTMENTS WILL I RECEIVE AT AUSTRALIA NEXT 2024?

There are approximately 25 available pre-scheduled appointment slots. Tourism Australia cannot guarantee a minimum number of pre-scheduled appointments as this is dependent on preferencing. We strongly encourage all Australian industry sellers to complete preferencing to ensure the best chance of receiving quality appointments. Further details on how to complete preferencing will be sent in July 2024.

WHAT IF I DON'T GET AN APPOINTMENT WITH AN AGENT I REALLY WANTED TO MEET WITH?

Once your appointment schedule is released, unfortunately schedules will be fixed. We encourage Australian industry sellers to maximise your breaks – morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, and the networking events – to ensure they connect with as many agents as possible.

WHAT ARE THE AUSTRALIA NEXT 2024 BUSINESS SESSION INCLUSIONS?

Your participation package includes the following at the Business Session:

  • One appointment stream
  • One table, two chairs, and table signage

Australian industry sellers are free to promote your brand via a PowerPoint presentation or show reels (via computer or iPad). Due to limited space, promotional equipment such as surfboards, pull up banners or other props, are not permitted.

CAN I SHARE A TABLE WITH ANOTHER AUSTRALIAN INDUSTRY SELLER?

Due to the format of the Australia Next 2024 Business Session, we do not allow Australian industry sellers to share tables with another organisation.

DO I NEED TO HAVE PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE (PLI)?

Yes, all participating Australian industry sellers are required to have a current Public Liability Insurance with a minimum of AUD$10-million per occurrence to participate in a Tourism Australia Trade Event. Please ensure that your organisation meets this requirement as all applications with incomplete insurance details will be automatically waitlisted.
