Please note:

  • Participation costs are payable in Australian Dollars (AUD). 
  • Immediate payment by credit card will be required on offer acceptance.
  • A maximum of two (2) delegates per company can attend (one primary and one additional delegate).
  • Additional delegate must be purchased in conjunction with a primary delegate and directly employed by the company.
  • Delegate substitution during the event will not be permitted.
  • Entry into Australia Marketplace China (AMC25) or the Australia Luxury Showcase China (ALSC25) social functions will be permitted to registered delegates only.

Primary buyer delegate participation fee includes:

  • Attendance by one (1) delegate at the event.
  • Accommodation is included for the following nights: 
    Australian Marketplace China (AMC25) - Four (4) nights single share accommodation (Check-in Monday, 10 November 2025 and check-out Friday14, November 2025).
  • Australia Luxury Showcase China (APSC25) - Two (2) nights single share accommodation (Check-in Wednesday 12 November 2025 and, check-out Friday 14 November 2025).
  • Early check-in and late check-out will be at the discretion of the hotel.
  • Return transportation to/from your home city (mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, China - Taiwan region) to Xi’an, Cina, including return airfares and/or return train tickets.
  • All meals as specified in the official program.
  • Inclusion of the 1:1 appointments specified in the program.
  • Inclusion in in the Directory of Buyers distributed to buyers attending the event.
  • Access to the Directory of Sellers attending the event
  • All administration and co-ordination services provided by Tourism Australia.

Additional delegate participation fee includes:

  • Attendance by one (1) delegate at the event.
  • Accommodation is included for the following nights: 
    Australian Marketplace China (AMC25) - Four (4) nights single share accommodation (Check-in Monday, 10 November 2025 and check-out Friday14, November 2025).
  • Australia Luxury Showcase China (ALSC25) - Two (2) nights single share accommodation (Check-in Wednesday, 12 November 2025 and, check-out Friday, 14 November 2025).
  • Early check-in and late check-out will be at the discretion of the hotel.
  • Return transportation to/from your home city (mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, China - Taiwan region) to Xi’an, Cina, including return airfares and/or return train tickets.
  • Shared appointment schedule with primary delegate.
  • All meals as specified in the official program.
  • All administration and co-ordination services provided by Tourism Australia.

Items not included in the participation fee:

  • Transfers (except where specified in the program)
  • Items of a personal nature (e.g. telephone bills, laundry, internet charges, mini bar, in-room dining, paid channels/movie on request, meals and beverages not specified in the program etc)
  • Travel insurance is the responsibility of each attending delegate
  • Shipment and delivery of brochures and display material
  • Accommodation, airfares, and other expenses related to your stay in Xi'an, China, if you were to extend your stay outside of the Australia Marketplace China 2025 or Australia Luxury Showcase China 2025 program.
