Items included in participation: 

Famil program and inclusions per itinerary provided.

Workshop including functions as per the event program.

International and domestic flights as per the event program. You must arrange your own travel and all associated costs to and from the gateway city.

Please note, it is compulsory for all participants to attend the entire event.

Visas & Travel Insurance 

Any items or activities not specified in the program or itinerary.

Travel to and from the international departure gateway in your region, where applicable. 

Payment 

The participation fee for G’day Australia 2023 will be charged in Australian Dollars (AUD). This is payable at the time of offer acceptance and must be received in full by Tourism Australia by 11.59pm (AEST) on Friday 23 June.

Cancellations 

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing. Cancellation fees will apply from the time the offer to attend has been accepted. 

  • 50% cancellation fee applies from 14 July to 11 August 
  • 100% cancellation fee applies from 12 August onwards.
