To be eligible to apply, the media representative must be invited by Tourism Australia and meet the relevant Selection Criteria. Minimum criteria as follows:
1. You must have received a personal invitation from Tourism Australia to attend Dreamtime 2023. If you accept this invitation and participate, you agree to participate in the entire Dreamtime 2023 program including any specific media events.
2. If requested you will be able to demonstrate to Tourism Australia that you are actively engaged in creating content about business events destinations for established trade media.
3. You agree to, in good faith, endeavour to create material based on your experience at Dreamtime 2023 that is targeted for release in the public domain including but not limited to newspapers, magazines and for presentation on radio, television, websites, blogs and other electronic media.
4. You agree that you are not engaged in sales or advertising activities on behalf of any publication, and that your content and its publication are not in any way related to Tourism Australia’s media spend in any market whatsoever.
5. You agree that Tourism Australia retains the right to determine, at its sole and absolute discretion, attendance at Dreamtime 2023.
6. You agree that Tourism Australia retains the right to reject any registration to attend Dreamtime 2023, for any reason whatsoever or for no reason at all.
7. You acknowledge that you are forever waiving and renouncing any claim against Tourism Australia, its agents, employees, or representatives for any damages of whatsoever nature which might arise directly or indirectly as a result of the rejection of a registration to attend Dreamtime 2023.
8. To enable the event to function in the best interests of agents, Australian industry sellers and media delegates, you agree that the information you provide to us (such as name, position, company details) may be shared with event partners.
