ACCOMMODATION
Sellers participating in AMC23 will include three (3) nights' accommodation on a single room basis.

VISA REQUIREMENTS
Business visas are required for AMC23 and/or APSC23 for Seller delegates entering China. Once you have received an offer of acceptance from Tourism Australia to attend AMC23 and/or APSC23, upon request an invitation letter will be emailed to delegates which will allow application for your visa.
Submit a visa application form by contacting the Embassy of the People's Republic of China or a Chinese Visa Application Service Centre.
FLIGHTS
Airfares are not included in the participation fee and it is the responsibility of each seller to make their own flight arrangements for AMC23 and/or APSC23.TRANSFERS
Airport transfers are not included in the participation fee. Please contact the hotel directly should you require airport to hotel transfers to be arranged.Please note, taxis are readily available at the Zhuhai airport. The approximate journey time to the venue is 45 minute, depending on local traffic conditions.
For those travelling from Hong Kong International airport the venue is approximately 70 minutes by car, depending on local traffic conditions.
