Please note:

  • Participation costs are payable in Australian Dollars (AUD). 
  • Immediate payment by credit card will be required on offer acceptance.
  • A maximum of two (2) delegates per company can attend (one primary and one additional delegate).
  • Additional delegate must be purchased in conjunction with a primary delegate and directly employed by the exhibiting company.
  • Delegate substitution during the event will not be permitted.
  • Entry into Australia Marketplace China (AMC23) and/or Australia Premium Showcase China (APSC23) social functions will be permitted to registered delegates only.

Primary delegate participation fee includes:

  • Attendance by one (1) delegate at the event.
  • Australian Marketplace China (AMC23) - Three (3) nights single share accommodation (Check-in Monday 4 December 2023 and, check-out Thursday 7 December 2023).
    Australia Premium Showcase China (APSC23) - Two (2) nights single share accommodation (Check-in Wednesday 6 December 2023 and, check-out Friday 8 December 2023).
  • Early check-in and late check-out will be at the discretion of the hotel.
  • Inclusion in the 1:1 appointments specified in the program.
  • All meals as specified in the official program.
  • Inclusion in the Directory of Australian Sellers distributed to Buyers.
  • Access to the Directory of Buyers attending the event.
  • All administration and co-ordination services provided by Tourism Australia.

Additional delegate participation fee includes:

  • Attendance by one (1) delegate at the event.
  • Shared appointment schedule with primary delegate.
  • Australian Marketplace China (AMC23) - Three (3) nights single accommodation (Check-in Monday 4 December 2023 and, check-out Thursday 7 December 2023).
    Australia Premium Showcase China (APSC23) - Two (2) nights single accommodation (Check-in Wednesday 6 December 2023 and, check-out Friday 8 December 2023).

Items not included in the participation fee:

  • Airfares.
  • Transfers (except where specified in the program).
  • Items of a personal nature (e.g. telephone bills, laundry, internet charges, mini bar, in-room dining, paid channels/movie on request, meals and beverages not specified in the program etc).
  • Meals not specified in the official program.
  • Travel insurance is the responsibility of each attending delegate.
  • Shipment and delivery of brochures and display material.
  • Accommodation, airfares, and other expenses related to your stay in China, if you were to extend your stay outside of the AMC23 and/or APSC23 program.
