Buyers may bring an additional delegate to accompany them at the event. This is restricted to one per buyer organisation.
There are no participation fees for buyers to participate in Australia Marketplace Japan 2024.
Primary delegate participation fee includes:
- Attendance by one (1) delegate at the event
- 2 nights accommodation from 25 August to 27 August at Hotel Metropolitan, Nagano
- Inclusion in the workshop appointments and an evening networking event
- All meals as specified in the program
- Inclusion in the Directory of Buyers distributed to sellers at the event
- Access to the Directory of Australian Sellers attending the event
Additional delegate participation fee includes:
- Attendance by one (1) delegate at the event (based on the same attendance type as the primary delegate)
- 2 nights accommodation from 25 August to 27 August at Hotel Metropolitan, Nagano
- Shared appointment schedule with primary delegate
- Attendance at the evening networking event
- All meals as specified in the program
Items not included in the participation fee:
- Airfares
- Transfers (except where specified in the program)
- Meals and hospitality (except where specified in the program)
- Items of a personal nature (e.g. telephone bills, laundry etc)
- Travel insurance
