| Seller attendance - Japan and Korea | $5,500* |
*If attending both Japan and Korea, the fee to attend Japan is $2,750 and the fee to attend Korea is $2,750, totalling $5,500.
Sellers may bring an additional delegate to accompany them at the event. This is restricted to one per seller organisation.

Participation costs are payable in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exempt from tax.
Immediate payment by credit card will be required on confirmation of acceptance.
Primary delegate participation fee includes:
- Attendance by one (1) delegate at the event
- Inclusion in the workshop appointments and an evening networking event
- All meals as specified in the program
- Inclusion in the Directory of Australian Sellers distributed to buyers at the event
- Access to the Directory of Buyers attending the event
Additional delegate participation fee includes:
- Attendance by one (1) delegate at the event (based on the same attendance type as the primary delegate)
- Shared workshop appointments with the primary delegate
- All meals as specified in the program
Items not included in the participation fee:
- Airfares
- Accommodation
- Meals and hospitality (except where specified in the program)
- Items of a personal nature (e.g. telephone bills, laundry etc)
- Travel insurance
Accommodation:
- A discounted accommodation rate has been secured at Hotel Metropolitan, Nagano for Sellers which is subject to availability. Instructions on how to book will be available in the Seller Info Hub upon acceptance.
