AVIATION HUB

The Aviation Hub returns to ATE23 with an exhibition space and airline lounge for networking.

Buyers and sellers attending ATE23 can visit the Aviation Hub to meet with participating airlines and airports.

If you are an airport or airline wanting to participate in the Aviation Program, further details are below.

AIRLINES

Airline network planners and other senior airline representatives are invited to register for the ATE23 Aviation Program, free of charge. Sales and marketing personnel should apply to attend ATE23 as a seller.

Attending airline representatives will have access to attend the ATE23 Welcome Event on Monday, 1 May as well as the ATE trade show on Tuesday, 2 May.

Airline representatives and attending airports are encouraged to setup meetings and appointments using online messaging. Further details on online messaging will be available closer to the event.

AIRPORTS

Selected Australian airports with international flight routes are invited to register for the ATE23 Aviation Program. Participation fees apply.

Attending airports will be provided with an exhibition booth or similar presence within the Aviation Hub.

Airports will have access to an appointment schedule which can be used for online messaging to setup and create appointments with the Australian sellers throughout the event, as well as with airline representatives attending day two of the event.

EXCLUSIONS

Items not included in the participation fees for delegates:

Travel and accommodation expenses
Meals and hospitality (except where specified in the program)
Items of a personal nature (e.g., telephone bills, laundry, etc.)
