Selection Criteria
The mandatory requirements for an incentive agent buyer are as follows:
Selection Process
Buyers will receive an invitation to attend the Event as a hosted buyer from Tourism Australia if they meet the stated criteria. This invitation is non-transferable, however if the buyer cannot attend, they may recommend a colleague of similar experience to take their place. Tourism Australia may consider the suggested replacement buyer and give permission for them to attend if they meet the selection criteria. Tourism Australia is under no obligation to accept the replacement buyer and may cancel the agency’s registration to attend the Event instead.
Agencies or agents who have not received an invitation but believe they qualify to attend the Event should contact their local Tourism Australia representative for discussion.
By agreeing to attend the Event hosted buyers agree to provide information to assist the qualifying process. This information will include organisation/agency, personal (as part of the registration process) and other information related to the business they manage on behalf of their clients.
This event is by invitation only from Tourism Australia. Any invitation to attend the Event is offered at the discretion of Tourism Australia and the airline partner/s, where applicable.
