What is the Business Events Australia Greater China Showcase 2025?

The Business Events Australia Greater China Showcase 2025 is designed to provide Australian industry sellers with a platform to develop their relationships with incentive agent buyers, corporate customers and media from Greater China. Held over three consecutive days, Australian industry sellers will have the opportunity to meet one-on-one with key incentive agent buyers and corporate customers, as well as attend key networking events and market updates. 

When is the Business Events Australia Greater China Showcase 2025?

The Business Events Australia Greater China Showcase is scheduled to take place in Xiamen, China from Monday, 31 March to Wednesday, 2 April 2025. Further information on the venue will be shared in due course. 

Who will I meet with?

Australian industry sellers will meet with incentive agent buyers, corporate customers and media from Greater China. 

How many delegates from my organisation can attend the Business Events Australia Greater China Showcase 2025?

The basic participation package provides entry for one primary delegate per Australian industry seller for AUD $5,500. 

The fee for an additional seller delegate is AUD $1,500. 

How do I request an additional delegate?

You can request an additional delegate at the end of your primary Australian industry seller application process. On the home page, click on the 'Register Additional Delegate' button against a delegate's name or nominate a new contact. If you have already submitted your organisation's application, please contact us and we can revert your application to "In Progress" so that you can make the necessary changes.

Am I guaranteed acceptance at the event?

No, all applications will be assessed in line with the Selection Criteria and Event Terms and Conditions.

When will I know if my application has been accepted and an offer received?

Acceptances will be advised in early December. Tourism Australia will assess all applications and send out notifications of assessments in line with the key dates.

Are flights and accommodation included for Australian industry sellers to attend the Business Events Australia Greater China Showcase 2025?

Flights and accommodation will be at the delegates’ own expense for the Business Events Australia Greater China Showcase 2025. Tourism Australia has negotiated a discounted rate for Australian industry sellers, which will be provided post acceptances. 

When should I book flights?

It is recommended that you book your travel once you have been offered a place at the event.

Will I get a list of attendees and can I contact them outside of the event?

Tourism Australia will provide a directory of buyers to all Australian industry sellers and a directory of Australian industry sellers to all incentive agent buyers and corporate customers, so that you can communicate post event.

What are the business session inclusions?

Your participation package includes the following:

  • One appointment stream 
  • One table, two chairs, and table signage

Australian industry sellers are free to promote their brand via a PowerPoint presentation or show reels (via computer or iPad). Due to limited space, promotional equipment including pull up banners and other props, are not permitted.

Can I share a table with another Australian industry seller?

Due to the format of the Business Session, Australian industry sellers are unable to share a table with another organisation.
