PARTICIPATION OPTIONS
FEE (AUD INC GST)
Sole Booth: includes one primary delegate$4,990 
Share Booth: includes one primary delegate$3,080
Additional delegate: maximum of one additional delegate per company for sole booth and no additional delegates for share booth$1,340

Please note:

  • Participation costs are payable in Australian Dollars (AUD). 
  • Immediate payment by credit card will be required on offer acceptance to attend.
  • Additional delegates must be purchased in conjunction with a sole booth and must be directly employed by the exhibiting company.

Sole and share booth participation fees include one primary delegate and are limited to one booth space per organisation. Please ensure you read the full list of inclusions and exclusions below for each participation option. 

Sole booth participation fee inclusions:

  • One sole booth space - maximum of one sole or share booth per seller company
  • One primary delegate per company
  • Ten-minute appointments with agents
  • Attendance at the welcome, destination showcase and farewell events as indicated in the program
  • Inclusion in the Directory of Australian Sellers distributed to agents at the event
  • Electronic copy of the Directory of Agents attending the event
  • All morning, afternoon teas and lunches as indicated in the program

Share booth participation fee inclusions:

  • One booth space for shared use by two seller companies - maximum of one sole or share booth per seller company
  • One primary delegate per company
  • Five-minute appointments with agents
  • Attendance at the welcome, destination showcase and farewell events as indicated in the program 
  • Inclusion in the Directory of Australian Sellers distributed to agents at the event
  • Electronic copy of the Directory of Agents attending the event
  • All morning, afternoon teas and lunches as indicated in the program

Please note: Sellers applying for a share booth will have the opportunity to identify a preferred share partner at the time of application. This request will be taken into consideration however is not guaranteed. If you do not have a preferred partner, the relevant STO will endeavor to find a suitable share partner.

Additional delegate fee inclusions:

  • Attendance at the training workshop
  • Attendance at the welcome, destination showcase and farewell events as indicated in the program
  • All morning, afternoon teas and lunches as indicated in the program

Items not included in the participation fee: 

Sole, share and additional delegate participation fees do not include:

  • Airfares
  • Transfers
  • Accommodation (arrangements are the responsibility of each delegate)
  • Meals and hospitality not specified in the program
  • Items of a personal nature (e.g. telephone bills, laundry etc)
  • Travel insurance is the responsibility of each attending delegate
  • Freight costs of any company collateral, display materials etc (both pre and post event)

Payment 

The participation fee for G’day Australia 2024 will be charged in Australian Dollars (AUD). This is payable at the time of offer acceptance. Participants are reminded that all costs for G’day Australia 2024 and any other overdue accounts with Tourism Australia globally must be paid prior to a representative from that company being able to register at the event. 

Cancellations 

By agreeing to the terms and conditions during application, you are accepting the Tourism Australia cancellation policy. Cancellation fees, as outlined in the key dates, apply regardless of whether a participation invoice has been raised or payment made. Should you need to cancel your participation at G’day Australia 2024, please contact us as soon as possible.
