ATE Live

ATE Live will be held from 15 - 18 May at the ICC Sydney. 

ATE Live is for Australian tourism operators and global buyers based in Australia and from countries permitted to travel to Australia.

WHO CAN ATTEND?

Sellers may apply to attend one or both of the ATE Live and ATE Online events. Priority will be given to sellers who wish to attend both.  Buyers will attend either ATE Live or ATE Online. Interest in attending ATE Live will be captured in the application process.

HOW DO I ARRANGE APPOINTMENTS? 

Accepted sellers and buyers will participate in preferencing to determine their appointment schedule for the event. There are 75 appointment slots available at ATE Live and appointments will be 13 minutes in duration. It is expected that seller demand for ATE22 will be high and we will endeavour to accept as many sellers as possible. To maintain the integrity of appointments and the seller/buyer ratio however, there will be a seller cap for the event. Please read more information about this in the seller participation options.

WHAT WILL ATE LIVE LOOK LIKE?

The trade show layout will be similar to ATE21. Buyers will remain stationary in dedicated meeting zones while sellers will move between appointments. The trade show floor will also have state and territory cafes, the Solutions Hub and an Aviation Hub. Further information will be shared with accepted delegates as the planning progresses.
