Aviation Program

The Aviation Hub will be back at ATE Live in 2022, again featuring exhibition space and an airline lounge for networking.  

Sellers and buyers attending ATE Live can visit the Aviation Hub during free appointments or breaks to meet with participating airlines and airports.

If you are an airport or airline wanting to participate in the Aviation Program, further details are below.

AIRLINES

The ATE Aviation Program targets airline network planners and other senior airline representatives. Sales and marketing personnel should apply to attend ATE22 as a seller. Participation is free of charge for airlines.

Attending airline representatives will have access to attend the ATE22 Welcome Event on Monday 16 May as well as the ATE Live trade show on Tuesday 17 May.

On Tuesday 17 May, airline representatives and attending airports are encouraged to setup meetings and appointments at the event using online messaging. Further details on online messaging will be available closer to the event.

AIRPORTS

Selected Australian airports with international flight routes are invited to register. Participation fees apply.

Attending airports will be invited to participate in the full ATE Live program and will also be provided with an exhibition booth or similar presence on the trade show floor which must be staffed for the duration of the event. 

Airports will have access to an appointment schedule which can be used for online messaging to setup and create appointments with the Australian sellers throughout the event. 

On Tuesday 17 May, invited airline representatives will be in attendance and airports are encouraged to setup meetings and appointments with these delegates using online messaging.

Airlines

  • Attendance at the ATE22 Welcome Event on Monday evening, 16 May

  • Travel and accommodation expenses

FREE OF CHARGE

Airports

  • ATE Live trade show attendance by up to four delegates from your airport
  • An exhibition booth or similar presence within the Aviation Hub at the event. The exhibition space must be staffed for the duration of the event.
  • Access to online messaging in order to generate appointments with the sellers and airlines at the event
  • Invitation to attend an Aviation Networking Function on Tuesday evening, 17 May
  • Inclusion in the Directory of Australian Airports distributed to both sellers and airline representatives attending the event
  • Access to the Directory of Australian Sellers and Directory of Airline Representatives attending the event
