EXPERIENCE QUEENSLAND

Buyer delegates attending ATE25 are invited to apply to attend a pre- or post- ATE familiarisation hosted by Tourism and Events Queensland (TEQ) supported by Brisbane Economic Development Agency (BEDA) and the Regional Tourism Organisations (RTO) of Queensland.  

The Queensland ATE25 Buyer famil microsite will be available from Friday 1 November 2024 via this page. Buyers will be able to preference up to three different famil itineraries from across the state. Please note TEQ will approve famil participation as preferences are received. Applications close Friday 31 January 2025 or once all places are filled.

Brisbane/Meanjin Highlights - 5 days / 4 nights

Dive into the Southern Great Barrier Reef region to discover two secluded subtropical islands home to manta rays, turtles, vibrant marine life, and pristine coral reefs. Onshore, explore the quaint town of Bundaberg and tour a nearby distillery. Participate in an authentic Aboriginal smoking ceremony and take time to visit local farms.  


Southern Great Barrier Reef (Capricorn Coast) - 5 days / 4 nights

A subtropical haven with beautiful islands, reef expeditions, and coastal views.  Discover untouched, hidden beaches and marvel at breathtaking landscapes filled with birds and other wildlife.
