SELLER PARTICIPATION OPTIONS
There are three participation options for sellers at ATE21: - Seller primary delegate - ATE Live and ATE Online participation
- Seller primary delegate - ATE Online participation only
- Seller primary delegate - ATE Live participation only
In addition, sellers are able to request additional delegates. Further details are below.

Seller primary delegate
- ATE LIVE AND ATE ONLINE
Your participation includes:
- Tourism Australia is fully subsidising the cost of this participation option
- Three (3) nights' accommodation, from 6 to 8 June inclusive, for seller primary delegates (one per organisation) based outside of Sydney
- Attendance by one (1) delegate at ATE Live and ATE Online
- One (1) appointment schedule for ATE Live and ATE Online
- Inclusion in the Directory of Australian Sellers distributed to buyers at the event
- Access to the Directory of Buyers attending the event
Items not included:
- Flights/travel costs
- Meals not included in the program
- Personal expenses

Your participation includes:
- Attendance by one (1) delegate at ATE Live
- Attendance of the Welcome Event
- Shared appointment schedule with the primary seller delegate for ATE Live
Items not included:
- Accommodation
- Flights/travel costs
- Meals not included in the program
- Personal expenses
Deadline to request an additional seller delegate - ATE Live participation only is 14 May, with payment required after this date. After 14 May, sellers may be able to request further additional delegate passes subject to remaining capacity.
5. Seller additional
delegate - ATE ONLINE ONLY

- Shared appointment schedule with the primary seller delegate for ATE Online

- Internet connection - a high speed connection is essential
Appointment schedules
There are 67 available pre-scheduled appointment slots at ATE Live and over 140 available pre-scheduled appointment slots at ATE Online. As there will be more sellers than buyers in attendance, sellers should not expect to receive a full appointment schedule. More information will be available once delegate numbers are confirmed. Sellers will have the opportunity to block out appointment times during the event to ensure flexibility.
Seller cap
It is expected that seller demand for ATE21 will be high and we will endeavour to accept as many sellers as possible. Due to the ratio of buyers to sellers, there will be a seller cap for the event. Priority will be given to past attendees, sellers in bushfire affected areas and those who wish to attend both ATE Live and ATE Online.
