            Tourism Australia will continue to partially subsidise ATE26 attendance.
All completed applications will be assessed against the buyer selection criteria. These criteria, along with the conditions of participation, govern participation at the event. 
Applicants will be advised the status of their application in line with key dates.  
         
     
    
        
            Buyer primary delegate package
Global and Australian-based international buyers may apply for consideration to participate at ATE26. 
- Early Bird Applications: open from Tuesday, 4 November to Wednesday, 26 November 2025
 - Standard Applications: open from Thursday, 27 November 2025 to Monday, 15 December 2025

Inclusions: - Five ( 5 ) nights' accommodation from Sunday, 10 May to Thursday, 14 May 2026 inclusive, for one primary buyer delegate* based outside of Adelaide
 - One ( 1 ) appointment schedule per primary delegate. 
 - All primary delegates must participate in preferencing and have their own appointment schedule.
  - Inclusion in the Directory of Buyers distributed to sellers.
 - Access to the Directory of Australian Sellers attending ATE26.
 
 The primary delegate is responsible for the ATE26 application, appointment schedule and ensuring that all deadlines are met. They must attend the entire ATE26 program.  | Early bird  $850

* As an exception, if multiple primary Australian based buyers from the same organisation are approved to attend ATE26, only one buyer will receive accommodation. Exclusions: 
Items not included in the participation fees for delegates:
- Airfares
 - Meals, accommodation and transfers not indicated in the ATE and famil program.
 - Items of a personal nature (e.g. telephone bills, laundry, etc.)
 - Visas
 - Travel insurance
